The much-anticipated second season of Squid Game brings familiar tension and new twists. However, it doesn’t quite reach the heights of the first season.

This time, we follow Song Gi-hun as he tries to uncover the mastermind behind the deadly games. For two years, he’s been on a relentless quest to find the villain who recruits desperate players by offering them huge sums of money to participate in dangerous games, like the Ddakji game seen in the first season. His journey is filled with suspense and danger as he tries to dismantle the deadly game and save future victims.

Determined to stop the madness, Gi-hun goes back to the game and participates once again. He tries to rally the players to cancel the game by pressing ‘X’ to end it, but despite his efforts, the majority choose to continue, pushing the game forward.
